matt immediately smiled and took note of her expression and the failure to exchange his friendly handshake. nothing he hadnt seen before. of course, always ran into the ones that beckoned to play 'hard to get'. matt let his hand fall back down to his side as he nodded shortly. silently, matt moved back over to the chair he once sat in, with his coffee. matt sat back down with a seemingly 'satisfied' expression on his face. he set his beverage on the end table beside him and picked the same newspaper back up. matt held the newspaper up in front of his face and made the stereotypical 'girl pisses off' noise behind the paper. "..hmph." he said with an exaggerated sigh that he had heard from his sister numerous times. matt moved the newspaper down below his eyes slowly, gazing over the top of the paper at 'julia'. of course he was playing around with her. but he didnt know if she knew that. for all he knew, she thought he was being 'for real' and thought he was gay or something. thats the risk matt took everyday with playing 'cute' with random girls. he didnt care though. sometimes it wasnt such a bad thing. he scored sometimes, right? right. matt did act rather childish at times. but it was all fun and games for him.
