She shook his hand firmly, with a degree of confidence and forwardness, and then watched as he got up and then returned, with more alcohol in hand. Her own drink was only about half gone but when he brought the other back for her, she took the unopened bottle and held it in the other hand while she drained the first one. "I don't know that it's polite to get pissed with someone the first time you meet them." She offered another pleasant smile - she thought getting drunk with a stranger was as good an idea as any, she just wanted to help the conversation along.
