Subject: She, on the other hand, was homesick for her actual home, the rolling hills of Scotland, and suffocating in her apartment on top of it - so the willowy redhead had escaped - it was a lose-lose situation - stay with her brother who reminded her of home in just the texture of his skin and be comforted, or stay there with her brother while he dictated her every move, what she ate, and where she went. She pursed her lips a bit, arms wrapped around her narrow waist, holding the thin gray peacoat that she wore around her tiny frame. A soft sigh shook the girls shoulders, her emerald hued eyes cast toward the floor, but seeing something else, her home, her family - things not of this place. And though she was looking quite intently at where she was going, she still managed to trip over his legs, sending herself flying quite awkwardly. "Christ!"

  • He rubbed his leg awkwardly, silently as he watched her crumble. Instinctivly covering the beer in case of "party foul" he stood up and sat the beer safely down and looked at her curiously. "You.. okay?" (NT) -- Guy, Sun, Oct 03 2004, 11:22am PDT
