Subject: .... In Her Eyes My World Came So Alive....

The all-too familiar mascu enters the lodge, his cocky aura slightly diminished. He was alone, suprisingly enough. With his black spikey hair tousled, and his black eyes hooded, he looked as if he hadn't slept in days. He hadn't actually. His muscles were tight with anxiety, obviously tense beneath his white beater and jeans. He hadn't bothered to scan the room as he usually did, a mistake he could possibly pay for dearly soon. He just turned to look out the window as if in a daze. He could feel that Mahlon was in the room, they had that connection, but he had no idea about the rest of the inhabitants. He didn't much care at the moment, either. He wasn't sure where all his friends had dissapeared to, but he was aching for company. And sleep eventually.

- His heard jerked around to face her at the sound of her voice. He took a deep breath before giving her a sheepish grin. "I feel more than a little beat. More like somebody beat the hell outta me.." Her gaze rises at the sound of an entrance. She had left for a few days to stay with her mother; she was going through a rough time. But she was home now, and eager to see Shane. Chocolate orbs light up at the sight of him, but quickly dim as she notes the other girl in his presence. She wouldn't question him, and she wouldn't get upset. - Paranoia set in, raising the hairs on the back of his neck as he felt eyes upon him. He turned, brows furrowed, to search across the room.         He takes the hand of her arm thats linked with his, weaving his fingers between hers. He glanced down at their clasped hands and shook his head. "Nothing exciting could happen without you here.." He said, almost serious except for his crooked grin.
