wouldn't it be nice if Reverend Wagner and/or his congregation would contribute to this note worthy cause as a civic minded individual and/or church group. I'm sure that many of his perishiners spent many aday and have fond memmories as we do at the park on the merry-go-round. In a way it might help heal the wound created by the loss- just a thought

Yes, I agree with you I also would like to see the Idora Park carousel up and running but last I heard The New York Couple that purchased it was considering taking it apart and selling it. Maybe some one should check.
