I had a westie pup with bad skin problems as well, we found alot of her trouble to be nerves, when we got another dog she got loads better and didnt need any treatment again until that dog died 12 years later. We tried everything the vets and the Homepathic healer could give us but company seemed to do the trick Good Luck
