My name is Sera a.k.a Ciara. A student of 16 years old at a school known as Concordia College.Im writing to bring something to your attention. Im not writing to tell you that i love you like the rest even though i am your #1 fan. The thing is Namibia is a very beautiful, interesting and relaxable country, but i live in it's capital city Windhoek. The people here love you so much but i personally look up to you as a Role Model. You are a wonderful person with a great outlook on life and im sure if you just visit us once you would want to come back again. Here there is nothing but peace and prosperity, which you would enjoy.

People here are especially the girls MAD about you but im sure you will be safe as the namibian police together with the security companies would make you feel secure and safe. We have beautiful hotels in which you can stay in because my house wouldnt be safe though i together with my family wouldnt mind having you. Im not trying to seduce you but simply trying to bring forth some ideas 4 u. If you do this you open many doors in you career.

Plz inform me or get back to me if u considered this or at least reply to me so i know u've recieved it. If you would consider this i woul help you make all neccesary arrangements you would need to make. Maybe in your time here you could have a performance.(u sing great)
