Date Posted: 11:05:49 10/20/03 Mon In reply to: Blkmac 's message, "top 50 jr showcase" on 08:58:34 10/20/03 Mon My opinions as I also posted on HSE.1)Why were there 60 kids? 2)Where were Phillip Perry, Joe Ballard & Kyle Jackson? 3)Did Bobby Frasor get hurt? I didn't see him for the last game. 4) Julian Wright was the best player there but he was not the MVP of the tournament. 5) For next years dunk contest I would like to see each performer get 1 minute to dunk so as not to have to worry about misses. Also why did they count Julians miss and not count the miss by Jeremy Pargo? 6)The way I saw the MVP: 1) DeAndre Thomas C/ Westinghouse (UNSTOPABLE!!) 2) Mason Stewart G/ Waubonsie Valley 3) Julian Wright F/ Homewood-Floss (Did anyone see that dunk over Blake Nielson??!!! Oh my! I think that dunk got him the MVP award) 7)IS there anything more scarry then Nate Minnoy coming at you on a fast break?? I love watching him play! 8) Morgan Park is in good shape with Jimmy Covington. 9) Brandon Ewing is a do-it all player! I love his heart on the floor. 10)I had never seen Aaron Jimenez play but I cant wait until the next time I get a chance! Those are just some of my OPINIONS on the event. Let me know what you guys saw! Lets try and keep this positive! [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
