 I am a University of Louisville fan and I am aware of the Cards at least looking at Holloway and Bryant. What is the story going on about their transfer from Fenger to Harlan? Is it true 4 players were involved? How long does it usually take for tranfers to be denied, or given the go ahead? Thanks!
