No they don't commit.It is a NCAA violation for colleges to iitiate contact with incoming juniors much less make offers.They make it known that they have interest indirectly.If you remember supposedly Anthony Harris had interest from EVERY major D1 school in the nation but when it came time for actual offers the list was dramatically different.I realize that many schools try and get a head start for the attention of gifted players but don't beleve they have made official offers at this point because they get penalized and the kid looses eligibilty.
