Subject: PennDOT is never off

What are you doing when it snows on a late weeknight or a weekday at 4 a.m., or worse on a weekend or holiday? Sleeping or having a party! Penndot workers, including ron young, are up working. The drivers are out plowing and I hear or see Young many times on TV late at night or at 6 a.m. or earlier during snow storms. This makes the Rendell Admin. look good. You would not get that kind of dedication from a lackie democrat. Also, from what I hear, Young did not support Fisher against Rendell.

As someone who is involved in politics, I know that young is professional and never allows politics to influence how he does his Penndot work. He shows all legislators the same respect and courtesy. You cannot say the same for Pressman.

The rest of Penndot seems to do a good job. I would not want to be "on call" every time there is a snow storm, flood, etc.! Those folks never get a "snow day," as someone asked.

>let's be fair: jennifer mann is the one protecting
>his job and won't give it to a democrat. why blame
>him?
