I would like the Captains to please post this on their MB as not everyone belongs
to the tamemember e-mail group. This is open to all that play acro so please
pass this information on to your friends as well.

AcroBash 2004 is being held in Branson, Missouri June 24th through June 28th.
We will be adding more information to the website for all of you to check out soon
at www.acrobash2004.com .

There are two motels that have given me the lowest Group Rate I can get and they
are really nice motels and are right on what we call the Strip close to shopping, shows,
restraurants etc so you won't have to do a lot of driving to places. The cost of the
rooms will be 44.95 + tax per night both of the motels serve a Continental Breakfast
and have a meeting room we can use. www.melodylaneinn.com and www.1stinngold.com . In order to get those rooms for those days I am going to have
to have them block the rooms for us by the 1st of March. June is a very busy month
here in Branson and some of the motels here are already filled up for those dates.

I need to know how many rooms to block by the end of February. There are a few of you that have indicated to me on icq also that you will be staying with friends or camping out, there is a place on the form for that as well. I know a lot of you don't know for sure if you can make it or not but if you think there is a chance of you
coming please go to the the Acro Bash website and fill out the questionaire if youhaven't done so already. Besure to put you Acro Name and if your on a team, your Team Name down.

I have had some of you contact me on icq that you might come but I need you to fill out the questionaire so I can try and get the accomendations that you would like.
