Subject: Well I never lived the dreams of the prom kinds and the drama queens...

He was slouched into his plush office chair with his back to the door, going over some numbers for Kat and making some notes. It was late and usually he would have headed home by now, but he had promised her he would do this. It was kind of nice to be the one giving - rather than asking for - advice, for once...

The baby was with a friend who was more then willing to babysit, she was curious to why he wasn't home yet. He'd been out the past couple nights a lot later then usual. She walked into the club, heading over to say a quick word to Jimmy before she headed up to find Luc.
