Toad grinned widely at Rilla's comment and let his hazeled lenses flick casually over her expression, hoping hat it'd reveal if, or if not, she had seem him slam back-first into the damned bus. He hoped not. Because, I mean... If she had, he'd need to explain that it was the bus's fault, and not his. Like: 'the bus just sort of walked into me... Uh, I mean... rolled, into me.' Tucking his hand back into hers, he gave it a bit of a squeeze as the bus doors opened. He liked her; she was different, interesting, and fun... Probably the perfect type of girl for Toad, if he'd let himself think it. "I... Well, I'm not that bad to bother. I am actually very good about it... 'Dunno 'bout Jerry though." Teasing her a little now, he smirked, already chuckling a little bit, "You can have Jerry though... -- If you really want him."
