Quietly, he spoke -- his words soft and comforting in the least, "No... Don't apologize, alrighty? I'm just sorry, I'm always doing these stupid things." He chuckled lowly for a moment, shaking his head a bit. "I don't think, I suppose. So, anyways... I'm the one who's sorry. Not you. And there are no ifs, ands, or buts about that." Silence grabbed them then, and in that silence, Toad brushed his finger 'gainst her chin and tilted it upwards a little. He wanted to kiss her, and make things all better, but... y'know, was sort of nervous
'bout doing it after acting like such an ass, just minutes ago.
