Subject: The guy was quick to back away - people knew about Lucas. In the moment Luc was looking at Jasmine he tried to make his quick escape. She on the other hand, didn't look at anything, or anyone. Instead she just slid down the wall to sit on the floor, her hand covering her face. She wouldn't cry, although the tears of both pain and frightened anger were already filling her green eyes. Her heart was pounding, her breath short - but she was trying to convince herself it was nothing.
