It's the most genuine thing I've ever seen

She had thankfully escaped from the watchful eyes of her family for the evening - easier in her family than in some others, but still fairly difficult most of the time. A soft sigh of boredom escaped her lips as she settled onto a swing, rocking gently as she digged the toes of her expensive shoes into the sand. Things just weren't the same without Dom around - she missed him more than she had expected, every day, all the time. They had talked once in a while, but he was busy with the family and sorting out all the business - she understood, but couldn't help missing his company, and wondered all the time if he would ever return...

She didn't want to let go of him, but settled into the swing with little argument - he was here now and she had all the time in the world to spend in his arms. "Everything's been the same, Dom... Just not as good... I wake up, eat breakfast, watch TV, go for a walk with my papa, sit outside for a while if it's nice, then sometimes out with the family.... Otherwise, I go to bed."
