Subject: curious about monkeys

Hello. My name is Jeffery Kart and i am quite interested in adopting or buying a pet monkey. For a while now i have been trying to find information (with no success) abot the legistics of buying a monkey. I have heard from people that a liscence is needed to own a monkey, or there is some kind of service that would check on him. Even if i do not adopt your monkey i would be very gratefull if you could send me any information neccissary to own a monkey in the future, legistics, care, regulations etc. Thank you for your time
