modern city, somewhere on the mid to southern region of the east coast. It consists of the main metro (Radio City), the suburbs (Belleville)

and the Outskirts�a notoriously rundown area that�s so far in its decay that no one�s bothered to even begin picking it up. This was a

French-settled area, and thus a few of the names bear foreign sounds.

Basically, what you need to know is that this place is constantly changing, and simultaneously, not changing at all. As its popularity grows to

become a common name (almost equivalent to the west coast�s Los Angeles), crime rates go up as well as corporations and skyscrapers. We

invite change and new ideas. That�s what keeps the world going round.
