.Spirit Dancers v1.0.

Much has happened since the Shikon Jewel was merged, and formed into one whole again. It has been one year since the jewel was split, and I shall tell you what has happened in the past year, but be warned, for some of this story will be filled with adventures, horror, happiness, and even envy.

There was a new villain in the Feudal Era of Japan, more dangerous than Ryokutsei and Naraku. Casting the whole of the Feudal Era into an Eternal Darkness, Nanashi gained control of Naraku, and all of his offspring, which included Kagura and Kanna.

The gang, Inu Yasha, Kagome, Sango, Miroku, and Shippou, saw the damage that Nanashi has caused, and blamed their original Arch-Enemy, Naraku on it. And Kougas and Seshoumarus gangs and packs had joined Inu Yashas gang to fight for sunlight again. But, to everyone’s surprise (especially Inu Yashas), Kikyo had joined Nanashi, in her quest to seek power beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. Soon enough, the battle for their lives began, with Nanashi on the sidelines, watching with what looked like menacing glee.

To Inu Yashas horror and doubts, Kikyo shot one of her strongest purifying arrows at Kagome, and everyone stopped to watch what had happened. It was like a slow motion, watching Kagome receive the purifying arrow in the heart, a look of shock on her face, mouthing some words to Inu Yasha which looked like “I love you, and I will come back”. She fell to the ground on her back, lying there, as her last breaths took her form.

Inu Yasha ran over to her, and hugged her fading form in the Eternal Darkness. She was fading from view, for some unknown reason, and once she had completely faded, something even more surprising happened. Unsheathing Tetsuaiga, he scented the wind scar, and cut through Kikyo, in a rage, avenging Kagome's death.

Naraku fled from that battle, and then returned in one months time, when the gang were still grieving over Kagomes death. The battle was long and hard, and Inu Yasha had just fallen. Miroku had sucked the poison insects into his Wind Tunnel, Sango was knocked out after getting hit with her own Boomerang, and Shippou was running around trying to help Miroku and Sango.

An arrow, a purifying arrow, flew through the deadly silence, and hit Naraku square in the chest, in the exact same spot where Kikyos arrow had hit Kagome and killed her, in a sense. As Naraku fell, a mysterious figure, dressed in a long, black cloak, covering her whole body, neck down, with a hood shadowing her face moved out from the shadows, with a bow in hand, and an arrow in her other hand. She reached up, and pulled her cloak hood down, and black hair tumbled from underneath it. It was Kagome!

Kagome had been training at the entrance to the spirit world with Midoriko, the woman who created the Shikon Jewel. Apparently, Midoriko had spirit-transported her to the spirit world entrance, and healed her there, and also trained her. Inu Yasha, Shippou and Miroku were overjoyed and relieved that she was okay (remember sango was knocked out).

After Naraku had been killed, Kagura, Kohaku and Kanna were free for the first time, and joined the good side of things, wanting to fight for their freedom as much as any other would. Sure they still held their grudge, but it was not as loathsome as it was once before. Kohaku, however, was overjoyed to see his sister, as most of his memories, except the night when he slaughtered his comrades.

The Eternal night continued on, and the Inu Yasha gang found that there was a new villain about, and that Naraku was one of his play toys. The gang continues to search the lands, to this day, to find Nanashi, and end his horrific Eternal Night, in which the moon was changing faster, and the lands saw nothing of the sun, until Nanashi is killed.
