Good luck with the new pictures tomorrow! Who are you shooting with? I can hardly wait to see them! How did the pageant go? We would love to come down for a pageant. I have never been to a Mardi Gras in Louisiana, but my mom and dad have. Mommy has been to three in New Orleans, and she says that it is WILD! LOL! She says that she is too old to do that these days. Cheer is going pretty good. We have one more competition and then we have to try out for the team again next month. -- What kind of dances are you doing in the competition? Are all of your dances with your team, or do you solo in any of them? I had my birthday party yesterday, but I can't tell you how old I am! LOL! Hi pal, its Ashley!! My photo shoot went well, I think we got some good pics, thats what Mama says anyway. The pageant went good, I won!! It rained on our Mardi Gras Parade, but we still stayed out there, I was soak and wet!! LOL!! I hope you make your cheer team again, I bet you will!!!!!! I am not going to a compitition its a convention. Different Dance schools from all over come and learn things from like really big dancers, you go to like workshops and stuff. I can't tell you how old I am because it would be a CLUE to who I am! LOL! And you can not know that until next month!!! Congrats on the pageant win! That is so great! I bet that you had a good time-- it is always more fun when you come home with a crown, huh? Speaking of fun...the dance convention sounds like a blast! How long do you stay at the convention? Do teams come from all over the country? I bet that you have a great time! Can't wait to see your new pics! We are doing a photo shoot in a couple of weeks, and I have been helping mom pick out the outfits. Do you get to help pick out your outfits? I love picking the earrings and matching them up to the clothes. -- I am practicing my flips for try outs! One more competition then we are finished with this year, & it is time to try out again. They say its not about winning, but your right it is fun to win!! The convention is a wkend long. I think alot of different dance schools go from all over. A few yrs. ago I went to one in Mississippi. Who are you doing your photo shoot with. We went with someone different this time, Mama says you have to get new people sometimes to see differences. We got 3 pics, 1 b/w and 2 color. They should be ready soon, we have a computer pic of the b/w already, now we need to work on the color ones. Sometimes I get to pick out clothes, Mama will at least ask me what I think!! I know you will make the cheer team again!! Our spring break starts on Good Friday, then we have the wkend and then the whole wk. Whenever that is!! -- Mama and Justin are both sick in bed w/the flu.
