For fifteen more minutes she pushed until she was almost screaming. The pain was horrendous. Each time she pushed she felt somehting in her ripping. FInally the doctor frowing called for the nurse. Turning to Tank he informned him huridly that a c-section was the only option, the baby was too big for her.~
