His coat shines in the light of the moon as the soft rays emitted from the stars dance in his black eyes, lighting them with the tales of a thousand lost souls. The blood shadow pulls to a halt, his broad chest wide between his forelegs, his sides rising and falling as he breathes quickly, having come from far away worlds of dream. He stands tall, his head high with pride, his eyes shining with dignity as the stars swirl within the clear pools of black. Shooting stars seem to stream across the blacked sky arching over him in dances of forbidden love. The wind twists itself around him as the stars around each other, in a sacred song of birth and death, of stories of a million who have come and gone with only a simple trace upon the wind to tell the tale of their longful journey. He molds with the golden light of the full moon, becoming part of the stars and wind, his outline and glimmering eyes the only thing that sets him apart from the water and the wine.
