David Allan Coe has written some of the best original country music ever, ranking up there with legends like Waylon, Willie, and Johnny.

But goddamn it today his once great country voice sounds like shit (i could sing better for fuck sakes), he looks fucking awful (jesus christ man, he looks bad...even for an old burned out biker), and to top it all of he's become a really disagreeable old fucker who would just as soon tell a true fan to suck his dick than sign an autograph.

I really get the impression he is only still doing this because he's totally flat broke and needs to tour to survive. How sad is that
