I believe the album's were done in Nashville.He had wrote some song's and played them for his friend Shel Silverstien and he told him he should record them and he did.It was done for fun.He was riding with a motorcyle club at the time and the album's were intended as party albums for biker's.Thank's for your question and sorry for being late with my reply!
