This guy's name is Dave James and the full name of his group is Dave James and the Twang Factor. I'm sure Mr. James never got permission to use this song and it seems to me he should give credit where it is due. His web site is www.davejames.com . Maybe DAC fans can do something about this. If you did, you would know that it isn't likely that he would have used any song without permisson. He has been in the business for a long time.
