As solar mentions - this would indeed not be a simple task - could it not be possible to be at least be a specialist in one of the supported games in the guild? This still means he still has to know something of all the supported games, but really specialised in at least 1.

This could be attached to the title / different for every game - or just an indication in what field a squire/Knight/... is a specialist?
