Subject: Future of Camelot, my suggestions

Ok, well, after reading recent posts, here's what i can see:
1) Camelot is slowly, but surely, dying.
2) To prevent 1), Camelot needs more leadership
3) Need more longevity of members

hmm, well i've pondered for a while, and i've talked to a few people. I have a few points of contention, but i give ground on all three.
first, Cammy is dying. no way around that, its not the same as when i joined, just over two years ago.
second, Camelot needs more leadership. i'm not very current with guild political bylaws, but we seem to have a few people here capable of direct KoRT promotion. War is the first to mention. those that disagree please send me ICQ or email (83253838, zanytime@hotmail.com) and i will happily explain my rationale. Secondly, Lamethu and Lethal could also be GREAT leaders if someone told them what to do. Lastly, EVERYONE in camelot should take an active role in voicing their opinions. this forum is often filled with brainless messages, which can be fun in moderation, but often fill the entire screen. keep the board serious, but interesting and pertinent to guild matters (games included).
and third, i dunno what to do about longevity of members. perhaps instituing another rank? a temporary rank determined only by time in guild, no status below initiates, but not officially on the roster until the required time is filled for initiates. those who dont want to stay long term will be less likely to join if a joining requirement of a month or so of participation is required. this idea just came to me, so any problem you see, please tell me so i can find ways around those problems.
and a point of my own:
people say we need more action. well, i'm calling on the KoRT right now. a few weeks ago a proposal was made on the board (which is completely valid if you ask me) to abandon weekly meetings in favor of monthly, bi monthly, or as needed meeting times. to the best of my knowledge this was never ruled on, so i cask you to rule on it now. i have more question for the KoRT, but those should be made available for discussion within the guild ranks before i propose anything. thse are my thoughts, feel fre to post whatever reactions you have.

p.s. lest people think i'm simply trying to shrug my duty to cammy off to war, lethal, neo, chaos, duk or anyone else... i have promised before and reaffirm that promise to participate as actively as school, family, church, and bowling allow (i'm in a bowling league see, its a real committment). i will help as much as i can whenever possible, and i am always available for consultation through email (which is checked multiple times per day) or ICQ (number listed above). even if i'm not online i will respond when i get there!
