listen up i just made this wicked new scamming device for runescape 2 and 1.
all you have to do is send me you username and pass to Dizzy1390@hotmail.com i wont hack you so trust me if you dont ,don't bother trying then if you do send it ill install the device into the account this will allow you to.
1.(password seeking)this allows you when you right click
on a player you only see there name and lvl but now youll see there password too in small brackets
2.(level changing)this allows you to change any level you want to by clicking on it then press (alt ctrl then f1) then type how much exp you wish to add.
3.(quest complting)this allows you to complete any quest you wish by right click on the quests name then press(alt ctrl and f7)then it will say congratz like normal.
this is only ment for accounts lvl 50 or over becasue it takes about a mounth to install it to a lower lvl.

this will take 2 days max don;t for get to send your name and pass word to Dizzy1390@hotmail.com trust me it will work and ill will keep intouch with you.=)
