I`we made a program that really hacks into runescape database through
theyr firewall. I can only raise your combat stats. Of course i can hack
lvl 3-15 but JaGeX will spot you and bann your charackter- it`s on your
own risk i prefer to hack lvl 25 accounts but if you send me lvl
15-20....i hack it too!!!!!

THEN WAIT 24 HOURS because i need time- please dont login into your
account in that 24 h- if you do that....i cant hack into your
database and i also wont try again!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
