Good move guy's. Charlie is talented but his aggrevation exceeds his professionalism if thats even a word.He was a time bomb waiting to go off and eventually the inevitable was bound to happen.No one ever wants to lose there lead man but in this case i think you will all lead the band in a more positive way and think of paredim shift as a whole not charlie. Without you guy's charlie's just an agrevating crack head.im out.good luck.

Yes, professionalism is a word, and your synopsis on our decision was quite professional as well. Hope you come to enjoy the new sound, and if you don't, then just know that the group's sound is everchanging, and it's always exciting what kind of new twist (paredim) can turn out each time.
