Hollywood Director was the episode highlight for me. Stomp really impressed me. For a moment, I wondered if Ryan would start doing Riverdance moves, but he definitely kept to the Stomp idea. Director reminded me again of the rapport between Chip and Ryan. I *so* want to see just the two of them do a scene game together!

Newsflash was the episode's lowlight. I managed to watch this one only by sneaking peeks through my fingers. In my list of disgusting Newsflashes, this is debuting at number two. I didn't mind the snakes part, but eating the bugs bothered me big time. (My number one disgusting Newsflash is the human freaks.)

Bartender was nice. I think Chip had prepared his answer to Colin's song even before Colin finished. I couldn't decifer what the first audience suggestion was, but based on Drew's comments to Chip, I assume it was hemorrhoids. I was surprised that Chip changed his Ryan response. When he started singing the second time, the opening line to his song was different. And finally --- "Chip's Ahoy!" Brilliant. A classic example of why I hold Chip as WL's most clever lyricist.

Hoedown was nice with each person managing to surprise me somehow. Chip's Colin slam caught me off-guard.

Except for Newsflash, I really enjoyed this episode. Thumbs up!
