If you get showtime, keep an eye out for Chip's new movie. TMO will be split up into its seven different segments and shown on Monday Nights after Queer as Folk. Chip's, Twelve Miles to Trona, will be airing on July 29th. I've added this info to the main page of Chip's site. I've also made a few other updates, including a new feature gallery for July and some new Allstar reports.

Wim Wenders is a leading figure of the new German Cinema. His directorial credits include 'Kings of the Road' (1976), 'The American Friend' (1977), 'Hammett' (1982), 'Paris Texas' (1984), 'Wings of Desire' (1987), 'The End of Violence' (1997), 'The Million Dollar Hotel' (2000), and the mesmerizing documentary on Cuban music, 'Buena Vista Social Club' (1998).

Wenders' short film deals with his own personal experience with three R's: the Road, Rock 'n Roll and the Relativity of Time. In 'TWELVE MILES TO TRONA,' a man has an accidental drug overdose and he must get himself to the hospital before it's too late.
