Sorry, Quink, but your logic doesn't track. There have been special guests at as many of Chip's tapings as there have been at Brad's or Greg's. Scheduling around the special guests doesn't preclude a Chip episode from airing. The two factors are independent of each other.
I can be contrary too *G*. I should have made myself more clear. So far, all the 'guests' have been big names. Springer, Miss America, Chyna, Hugh and the bunnies, etc. Chip has had guests at his tapings, but not the ratings-grabbing ones. Most people wouldn't immediately recognize the belly dancers or cheerleaders, but everyone knows who Springer is. What I was saying is that they seem to be pulling out the big name guests first, and most of them showed up during Brad/Greg tapings. Because Chip hasn't had any big name guests during his tapings, they haven't shown his eps. I'm sure we'll see more once they start scraping the bottom of the barrel and bringing in the lesser-known ones, like the belly dancers and Wayne's brush with Jane the bodybuilder.
Pardon me while I gag.
So, what I meant was that the episodes really haven't been balanced in terms of 4th seaters this year, and I think it's because their main focus has been on getting the 'stars' out there or scheduling based on a gimmick (like the halloween ep). And honestly, I feel ill when I see what my once-favourite show has been reduced to.
