Speaking of Mr. Peppertone. I ran into him in the late 1980's. He retired and was working a part time job at Ft.Lauderdale airport as a security guard. Can still hear his voice booming over the loudspeaker announcing that only the adults could enter the pool. That pool was awesome in its day. Too bad they let it rot and demolished it to make room for a Rite Aid
