So, not only had she woken a Lord, she had woken the Prince of Egypt. She really knew how to pick the rooms, huh? Now more than ever she realized her somber mistake, she would never hear the end of yelling if anyone found out about this. She couldn�t even begin to imagine the asperity of her punishment, it was the first rule; servants were not to be seen. But being the young inexperienced child she was she had broken it.
A silent breath is inhaled as she pushes her worries from her face and looks to his hand. Hesitantly she extends her own, it wasn�t that she was unfamiliar with the gesture; she was just more accustomed to curtsying before Royalty. Being treated equally was something entirely new, no matter how morbid that may sound.
