A man rode upon his horse in the midst of a crowd of Spanish soldiers, eyes staring straight ahead as he searches for the receiver of the letter he was sending. He found the man quickly and rides up to him, hands him the letter and rides off.

I'm doing alright here. Every day's just another day to miss you. There's not much to do but await for your return, if possible then a safe return. Watch your back, darling. I really do want you to come home in one peice.
I'm excited for your return. I've planned to do so much with you when you get back, it's funny how I feel like something's missing now that you're gone. Until we meet again, my love...
