Aya heard the sound of footsteps long before she turned to face the approaching person. She turned on the dime and gave a casual glance in her direction then gave a nod in greeting. Green optics danced as she studied Lola carefully and it became obvious that Aya was weary of just about anyone. Finally she responded after seeing the other woman smile, "I am Aya." Her words were reserved but not unfriendly. "I am here for a few days since I do a lot of traveling." Aya stated, simply telling her reason for entering Rome, but she didn't mind meeting someone since she was usually alone.
