It had been tradition in the game of last man standing to carry a small dagger, not to fend off those who attacked you, but to dismantle the countries noble flag and finnaly to honorably end your own life. He slid the daggar to his side and pulled out a longer sword, he had aqquired it from the pirates of Ostia, its quality could be seen in the way the handle was tooled and the tip of the blade came to a perfect even tip. He came out, if they captured him he would quickly pull the dagger he was saving for himself, but he wouldn't let this country go down without first giving his own life. He ran straight into the heart of the battle, cutting one of the ropes on the catapult, it would have certainly hendered the catapults movement. He then pulled one of the riders off the horse and stuck the blade directly through his heart. He looked for the leader of the pack, if you could bring down the shepherd you could undoubtibly bring down the flock. He stared at the person who he perceived to be the leader, this was his target.....
