Is this your own account, or your parents?

If you are using rr.com, they usually provide an e-mail account I believe with your internet access. If you have not used it in the past, I would suggest checking with them and finding out how to set it up. If it is not your own account, you have two options. If the owner will let you use their account name during your squire period, you can still apply, and after you become a full member, you can change to one of the free accounts.

I would begin by checking with your service provider and finding out how to set up your e-mail if they provide one (most do.)
