Date Posted: 11:11:59 01/02/04 Fri Hello, Wormkind! Just wanted to post a few things whilst I'm on the site today. First, I hope that all of you had a good Christmas, and a sloppy (yet safe) New Year. Second, I hope that all of you out there that are sick, in whatever way, GET WELL! There's a pestilence at work this time of year, and a lot of people I know are really very ill- including some members of the band that live with birds, as well as some of my own family back home in Tx. Some of my friends have less physical and more serious illnesses, and my thoughts are constantly with these people. May these people all find health and wellness. Third, I want to thank everyone for supporting us throughout the year. If every show we played were to an empty house, we would not have gone on with the project this long. Everyone we know, and a good bit that we don't, has been crazy-supportive and we appreciate that. 2003 has been a good springboard year for the band, and we are looking forward to this 2004, or as we like to call it: The year of the Worm. Fourth, there's a helluvalot to come! As most of you know we are scheduled to record at Ambient Sound in St. Paul in the middle of January. The Wormwood EP WILL COME OUT THIS YEAR! We are hoping for a March release, but knowing what we have come to know about such things means it could be out later. It doesn't matter because IT WILL BE OUT THIS YEAR! There are more shows to come! Because of your awesome support, more and more shows are being booked. We're turning shows down we're so busy! As soon as I get a more comprehensive take on our schedule, I'll post it (maybe in the News section of the site.) Everyone in Wormkind will be requested to attend our performance at the 7th Street Entry on January 21st-- that's right, bitch, this month! Thanks again for all your continued support. We are all vibing on the new year. More releases, more shows, more pics, more songs, etc. May the spirit of artistic endeavor influence the Cities this year. God knows I'm ready. Later days.
