Apparently you're of the Scaleranetti school of thought that believes that if you are a taxpayer you shouldn't get what you pay for?

If you are paying taxes that are supposed to make life better in your City and the only people they are making life better for are the Mayor and his cronies, you damn well ought to yell, oughtn't you?

But perhaps you are one of the beneficiaries of the Scaleranetti largesse, and think things are just fine as they are.
