You must be confused with a proposal drawn up a few years ago by Ginsberg Development (not affiliated with Ginsberg Foods). This company proposes to build high end homes in the South Bay area. Their proposal was on hold during the SLC hearings and has just come to light again since the pullout of SLC. This has nothing to do with the South Bay recs in the FoH Strategic Plan. Since Ginsberg put its proposal on hold and nothing was made public about it, the rumors have run rampant, including the raising of Hudson Terrance Apts for condos.
