If these were the "remarks" you made, then the reason no one responded to them is probably because no one could understand what you were getting at - I know I can't, and that's why I ignored them when you posted them earlier. They simply make no sense.

You mix the HCSD budget request with the Harry Howard sewer project with the "damned if you do, damned if you don't list," with the Hudson Area Library, and ice it all off with your usual impenetrable locutions.

If you intended your remarks to have some meaning (and not to be just another opportunity for you to hear the sound of your own voice), please go over them and try to explain it in terms someone other than you can understand. Otherwise, no one can respond because it isn't clear what you are talking about or what you are asking.

is it too much to ask that you should try to do the same?

If you are trying to communicate (rather than just soothing yourself with the sound of your own voice) then you ought to be trying to make yourself understood. If someone says they have no idea what you are talking about, you need to figure out how to say what you want to say in a way that can be understood, no?
