The wake up call comes sooner then you may imagine.Ask the investors to show you the bottom line of their booming businesses.Few are meeting their overhead expanses as they look forward to greener fields.
Since you claim it is the FoH,HoH etc.who have reclaimed Hudson,etc.then let them dig in their swollen pockets and pay for all the benefits they seek to reap with their nimby metamorphosis.
By the way say Hi to Tim as he makes a good recovery from his operation today.Tom Koulos
