They should have let him race. Thats just dirty. Just another way of a promoter getting rich. Lure you in and try to make you buy tires for one night. If they would have let the man race who knows he may have liked the track and came back. I bet he wont now. Atleast they let us run my ministock 5 laps after pulling 100 miles .
