The tech man does not know his head from a hole in the ground. When you ask him a question he does not know the answer or said I didn't make the call. Arlene won't even face half the racers after the race if they have a question because usually by that time she don't even know where she is at. At least Winford would talk with you and even argue with you but at least he could be found. Where was Arlene when she put up money for any female to out run her and she didn't race, probably because she couln't find her car or didn't even know she was at a race track by that time of the night.
