She wants her folks to call the shots yet she can't keep her 2 cents out.
What she needs to do is take the head set off the flagman, put another person up there to help Tracy watch for cautions and let him control the race. In every other series of racing the flagman controls the race...not the track owner or promoter. As soon as she learns how to run a business and quit micromanaging everything...maybe, just maybe things could get better.....if anyone is left to work for her.
