Subject: Sweetheart, I don't wanna sound rude and I know you've heard this, but cutting yourself IS NOT a road to go down. I've been there, not only with cutting, but with burning and other forms. It only does more harm then good. If you email me, i can help you, give you some tips on some things to do to fite the urges and otehr stuff.
