Ok, look. TRY This yourself. If you don't understand my instructions, email me or go to lissaexplains.com. ^^

Ok. First you have to make an index.html page. This is where you will paste ONLY this code. This will make up the page you are taken to when you put in your url in the Adress bar. ^^

<***HTML****><***HEAD***><***TITLE***>Ok, this is where you type in your title. you will see the title you type here on all the pages you visit at your site.<*/*TITLE**>*

<**FRAMESET ROWS="20%, 60%, 20%"**> dont' include this in your code, but this is how big your frames will be. 20 is the one at the top, 60 is the middle, and 20 is the one at the bottom. You can change them, but they ALWAYS have to equal 100!
<**FRAME SRC="up.html" NAME="up"**> This is the top frame. You can put another name in the up.html place, but that is the page you will see when you go to your site. If you want a page to open there, you have to target it to open in "up". to find link codes and how to target, go to lissaexplains!
<**FRAME SRC="main.html" NAME="middle"**> This is your homepage. If you want something to link to that, again, target it to middle as that is what the FRAME, But NOT the page is called.
<**FRAME SRC="bottom.html" NAME="bottom"**> This is the bottom frame, obviously.
<*/*FRAMESET*>

<**NOFRAMES**>
Uh oh! Your browser doesn't support frames! :(
<*/*NOFRAMES*>

<***/HTML***>

============================================================

You will obviously have to make pages to go in each frame.

Hope this helps! ALSO, DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE STARS!!!
